Ingredients for Homemade Ching's Schezwan Chutney

  • 15-20 dried red chilies (adjust spice to taste)
  • 1 cup finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped ginger

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

Now it’s time to add the sauces. Add ketchup, vinegar, soya sauce and sugar to the paste and mix it well. Add salt as per your taste and balance the flavour of the chutney. Cook the chutney for some more time and adjust its consistency as per your desire. If it is you don’t like thick then add some water and cook for some time.
