 red chili powder;1/2 tsp

 turmeric powder;1/2 tsp

 garam masala;1 tsp

In the next step we have to roll the parathas .Divide the dough into small balls .Take a ball and roll it into small circle and place the potato ball in centre that we already made. Now bring the  edges of the dough together, sealing the fillings inside. Now gently roll the ball into circle shape Ensure the filling doesn’t spill out.

Preheat a skillet over medium flame. Now place the rolled out parathas on skillet. After cooking paratha for 1 to 2 minutes apply ghee on that side and turn the paratha. Cook from other side until it get golden brown .Repeat the same process with the remaining dough and filling and over crispy aloo ka parathas are ready.
